The Beginning of Zerria
John D. Hoover Jr the Chief Executive Officer of Zerria, was sitting in his college dorm apartment, thinking how to create a business
which earned revenue, and one which required minimal intervention. One that will lead the way into the next
mellinium. One that will provide a valuable resource to customers. Also, one that will benefit the enviornment
and one that is resourceful to the community. Zerria Advertising was decided to supply advertising space for

How Zerria was Formed
Zerria started out as an idea. After tossing and turning for nearly three weeks, and careful planning, it was
decided to be a company. Zerria met with members of the Board of Directors. After lengthy discussions with the
President, Secretary, and Treasurer, it was decided Zerria was to be a corporation. Zerria was to be incorporated
under the laws of Pennsylvania Business Corporations.
What Zerria offers
Zerria offers many advertising solutions for the webmaster. You can add advertisements to your website,
and schedule ads to run on any day or time. There are several Advertising Solution's Zerria offers. Zerria
offers image advertisements, which range from 300x250 to 1024x1024 pixels for desktop pc, mobile and tablets. Zerria also offers
text ads and video ads. The image advertisements can be stationary or animated gif images. Text advertisements are 175x175 and are limited
to 275 characters. They include a blue HTML link in the title of the advertisement which links to your website. Zerria also has a
groundbreaking schedule system, where advertisers can schedule full campaigns to run on any day or time, ad groups, and down to an
individual ad.
The Direction of Zerria
Zerria is going to focus on advertising for the next mellinium. Our primary markets are Commission Based Advertising,
and Paid Advertising Solutions for Advertiser's. Zerria publishers can earn 60% commission streaming ads on their website or app +
earn 15% (Residual) on publisher earnings they refer. We have extensive tools for Advertiser's in the Administration Panel to add,
and modify advertisement's, and advanced reporting options to view visitors, and costs, including graph's of visitors, and costs. Zerria
plans to be the dominant provider of advertising for the next mellinium.
